Chakra energy centres are scanned to identify energy flow reversals, imbalances and/or blockages and confirmed with a pendulum. Universal energy is channelled to re-align your energy flow and help it to flow freely. Applied crystals magnify the vibration healing effects. Chakras are then balanced and auric layers cleared of energetic debris.

Meridian Clearing & Spinal Alignment 120 minutes   $125.00

Consider this a mini-vacation!! Main and transverse meridian lines are gently cleared through channelled energy, 11 main energy centres are balanced and the effects amplified through placement of healing crystals. Your spine is then aligned and spinal energy flow cleared and balanced and auric debris cleared using BioSonic forks and sacred geometry.

Reiki (Usui method) is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki removes energy blockages and promotes positive energy flow. It also relaxes and strengthens our own natural healing ability. When energy is not flowing properly physical and emotional manifestations can occur.  Reiki is known to improve many conditions including anxiety, depression and chronic pain.

 Vibrational Sound Therapy 90 minutes      $125.00

Tuning forks are applied to key reflex points to clear blockages held in the body, vibrational sound from attuned crystal bowls clear and balance the chakras, use of drums deep clean blockages and BioSonic forks are then used to clear the auric field layers to help bring you back into harmony with the world. 

 Fabulous Foot Detox                    $ 75.00

Includes: a 50-minute Dead Sea-salt foot detox designed to help cleanse your body of arthritis, lymph, thrombus and toxins, improve circulation and increase metabolism; your choice of a custom-blended Hydrosol Foot Wash; an essential liquid mineral supplement to re-nourish your body; and 10 minutes of Reflexology applied to master glands combined with foot massage using a custom-blended healing foot lotion (with pure essential oils) to magnify the healing effects of your treatment. ** Refer a friend and save $25 on a treatment!!

 Bodywork - Please allow an additional 20 minutes on your first appointment to complete a health history questionnaire. This will allow time for review of your health history and ensure that you receive the proper care that you need.

This treatment opens up energy point blockages so that your body can repair itself. Includes your choice of a custom-blend Hydrosol Foot Wash; Energetic and Blockage Release from thousands of reflex points located in the head and feet; and Dessert, consisting of your choice of a custom-blend Healing Foot Lotion which uses pure essential oils designed to magnify the healing effects of your treatment.

Offering gentle pressure to ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and promote relaxation; Swedish massage improves blood circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to your cells, helping to prevent and relieve muscle cramps and assist with pain management.

 Uptown Detox 1 hour                 $ 100.00                                                             

Lymph Drainage Massage eliminates toxins in lymph glands and enhances your immune system. Towels are draped to ensure easy access to stomach glands, offering minimal disruption and maximum privacy. Expect to feel relaxed through your release of tension and stress; but understand that some symptoms may feel worse before they feel better, and that multiple treatments are required for improvement to show.

 Serious Self-Care 2-hour weekly sessions + Nutritional Analysis $650.00 1st month, $500 per   month thereafter.

We utilize a 1 hour questionnaire to collate 55 body indicators to assess bodily signs which may relate to nutritional imbalance and suggest the food, vitamins, and supplements that your body requires to regain its balance. It is not intended to diagnose "dis-ease" conditions but to help empower you with your nutritional health. Questionnaires are sent via email or completed over the phone prior to meeting where we will review your findings with you and answer any questions that you may have.

** For an additional fee of $75.00 we will review your current vitamin/supplement regime, source and price outstanding items that you will need to help bring your body back into balance and create a full daily vitamin/supplement regime for you to follow.
